Relance analyzes sales conversations that you choose to record or import. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from clients or participants before recording or uploading a conversation.

Do not use Relance to process recordings you are not permitted to store or analyze.

When you use the Relance app, we store audio, transcripts, meeting summaries, and coaching results needed to provide analysis and personalized feedback.

This data is used to deliver the product, maintain your meeting history, and improve reliability and security of our services.

You may request deletion of waitlist data or product-related data by emailing relanceformac@proton.me. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or waitlist emails at any time using the link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
