AI coaching for sales conversations
Relance is AI sales coaching for freelancers, founders, and other people who sell without a manager on the line. It reviews a sales conversation you already had and tells you what to change before the next one.
Coaching comes after the conversation
Relance does not coach you while you are speaking. You record or import a sales conversation you have consent to use. Relance transcribes it, looks at how you sold, and then writes coaching you can read before you talk to that client again.
The scores for that call — confidence, discovery, objections, and closing — are the job of AI sales call analysis. This page is the next step: what to try on the following conversation.
What the feedback covers
The coaching is about how you communicated on that sales conversation. It points at moments in the call. It is not a speech score, a voice grade, or a pitch evaluation.
Confidence and storytelling can show up in the same note. Those signals are part of the analysis. The coaching turns them into one change for the next conversation.
Discovery
It looks at whether you learned enough before you explained the offer: whether you asked follow-ups, or moved to the pitch too early.
Objections, reviewed afterward
If a client pushed back, Relance can review that moment after the conversation and suggest what to try next time. It does not prompt you during the call.
Closing and the next step
It calls out whether the conversation ended with a clear next step, and what to say differently if it did not.
A transcript is not coaching
A transcript or meeting summary tells you what was discussed: topics, decisions, and next steps. Coaching tells you how you handled the conversation and what to practice. Relance can keep both. The summary helps you write the follow-up. The coaching helps you run the next conversation.
See AI meeting summaries for sales calls for how Relance captures call context.
Use one change on the next conversation
Read the note and pick one behavior for the next conversation with that client, or with a similar lead. Relance is not a library of generic scripts.
If you want to see whether discovery, confidence, or closing is changing across many meetings, that trend lives in sales performance over time.
An example coaching note
This example shows the kind of note Relance is built to give. It is not a customer quote, a metric, or a screenshot of a result.
You answered the fee question before you understood why the project mattered. Next time, ask what happens if they leave it unfixed, then connect the price to that outcome.
That note is for after the call. It is not a live prompt.
Who this is for
It is for freelancers and founders who run discovery, scoping, and closing conversations themselves. The freelancer and founder pages go further into those situations. This page stays on the coaching.
